Pleased with results and customer support

I initially bought a couple of sessions to try never having used hypnotherapy before I was happy with how they worked for me deeper than my usual meditation and continue to do so After exploring the many sessions available I decided to invest in the Lifetime membership to the app One of the benefits of this is that sessions can be shared with family which worked very well after contacting customer services The app works well for listening to the sessions I would like it to be more informative perhaps having a description about the purpose or intention of each session A regular blog about updates new sessions and maybe success stories would also be an added bonus The support given by the customer service team is really very good I have found it to be prompt relevant kind and thoughtful Very refreshing

I m so pleased that I purchased the lifetime option of these hypnotic tracks It made sense for me in that there are such a wide range of subjects covered plus new ones are being added all the time Mainly I use the ones that are produced to go to sleep at the end I used to have trouble getting to sleep but these have really helped

I have had great success with the hypnotherapy sessions I have purchased The sessions that you do when going to sleep have been especially helpful I am now able to fall asleep easily the stressors from the day don t keep me awake anymore and I am able to walk past chocolate for the first time in my life I highly recommend these sessions

Just perfect for me

I would highly recommend clearminds I am finding them very useful in my everyday life I very much Iike the sleep sessions because to be honest I am not very good at hypnotherapy and meditation I just fall asleep so with these sessions I can do just that Perfect And yes I have seen changes in me very much for the better Thank you Clearminds Especially Catherine

Wide variety of sessions on the app to deal with whatever life is throwing at you I have found the sleep anxiety depression sessions as well as the meditations really helpful My brain immediately calms as soon as I start listening The clearminds team are also super helpful to advise which sessions would be useful or giving suggestions for any IT issues Thank you clearminds

Great customer service

Update- I am now able to log in Customer service was very quick to resolve my problem- in the past they have been also and the person who helped me both time was very nice and quick to reply to my issuesDoes it work I m not sure yet but it is relaxing and does help me unwind and shut my mind off which is why I upgraded to lifetimeI can never log in anymore and I paid for a lifetime subscription I click to have my password reset but I never get an email I check all of my folders and nothing even after ten minutes
