Refund for cancellation

I had to cancel a pre-paid non-refundable hotel booking due to a family bereavement The Cleartrip call center operatives were sympathetic and incredibly helpful They worked with the hotel to get me a refund within 2 days This included telephoning the hotel and speaking directly with the manager I received at least 6 calls from Cleartrip keeping me updated on progress including a final call from the first person I had spoken with making sure that I had been informed that a refund would be made In addition the refund arrived to my credit card virtually immediately The airlines booked directly or through other agents have said they will take 8 weeks to refund what will be incomplete amounts I wouldn t hesitate to use Cleartrip again

I spoke to rohan t it was a really good customer service was reallly professional in dealing with my issue i saw the reviews earlier n i was thinking they r really bad in dealing with customers but he proved himself as a good human being who take other people issues seriously thanks to rohan n clear trip
