We used Clearwater KB to fit 2 bathroom
We used Clearwater KB to fit 2 bathroom and a kitchen The whole process took some time but we wanted to make sure that we would get what we expected We were shown a 3D computer generated image of our kitchen This was really helpful as we actually changed a few things after we saw the images The fitting was schedule at a later date but I guess that means that they re busy which is a good thing They came and installed the kitchen and replaced the bathroom to a new modern one We had an ensuite but used another company for that one as it was quite small Overall we are very satisfied with the kitchen and bathroom

What an amazing experience
We recently had both our Kitchen and Bathroom done by Clearwater Kitchen completed end of June and bathroom completed last week Duncan and Allan were our Kitchen fitters and they did an amazing job The finish is second to none Craig and Lazslo did our bathroom and what a transformation From an awful looking 80s avocado vibe to a beautiful light grey and white Exceptional service from our initial call until completion We can t thank Clearwater enough for turning our dreams into a reality Thank you once again to all parties involved Would highly recommend the company to friends and family

Firstly I would like to thank Kellie and Caitlin for putting up with my crabby husband you 2 must be saints We had a bathroom and kitchen fitted by Clearwater and what can I say absolutely excellent the worker on the bathroom Immi was first class and an excellent worker very polite attentive to our needs and very tidy cleaned up after himself every night and at the finish our bathroom looks absolutely outstanding it was a bit of a upheaval for 2 pensioners but can t really expect anything less well worth the upheaval can t praise the finish and workmanship 10 10 Immi you are a star Now our kitchen well once again what can I say our fitter was Joey and his colleague again what can I say once again very polite accommodating and very tidy and again the finish is outstanding totally love it would highly recommend Clearwater to do an outstanding job be it big or small Thanks again to Kellie and Caitlin for keeping us in the loop and coming through with all that they promised us you also are stars Thanks to you all Ann and Davie Scott

Too many issues spoiled the new kitchen experience
We had a new kitchen installed by Clearwater Kitchens and Bathrooms and had a string of problems that in my view are unacceptable for a professional kitchen supplier not least the time it took to complete the job We were advised the install would be four working days starting February 26th however the kitchen wasn t actually finished and signed off until until June although by their own admission they don t sign off their work They did eventually fix most of the issues but it wasn t a painless process and should never have happened in the first place The issues that elongated the install time and or things that I find unacceptable have been as follows Issues with Parts - all in all just sloppy planning and a sloppy internal ordering process Wrong colour ceiling scribes ordered Antracite instead of light grey Why would we put dark grey panels above light grey units Had they sanity checked the bill of materials prior to fitting this could have been avoided Not enough handleless trim was ordered to complete all the units This should have been a no-brainer The dimensions are on the plan Wrong size side panel ordered despite the units themselves being the correct size Wrong finish on ceiling scribes Matte instead of gloss They contested this and said that matte was what the surveyor had written Fair enough however the surveyor didn t give me a choice although I did ask if the scribes would match the doors to which he said yes I think that means gloss One of the workmen commented I think he surveys through the letterbox Says enough really More than one panel arrived damaged and one was damaged by the fitter using too-long a screw Fitters were messy I ruined a meal by putting the extractor hood on which blew a large pile of sawdust out of the extractor all over the pot of food on the hob Looking inside it was apparent they hadn t hoovered up at all Fit and Finish - it ll do Splash-back trim does t align at the corners trim on the front appears to be fitted on top of the trim coming out from the window frame rather than meeting level at the corner Chips out of various gloss panels which were just fitted anyway Chunk out of one of the ceiling scribes fitted anyway and filled with silicone Over proud cuts filled with silicone Damage - The most egregious was they broke the door off our washing machine and then tried to glue it back together with Mitre Bond Literally came off in our hands the first time we used the machine The fact that they tried to cover up the damage in the hope that we wouldn t notice until they were long gone is unacceptable behaviour for what should be a professional company In fairness they did reimburse me for a new door when I called it out but the dishonesty of botching a repair and hoping we wouldn t notice is unforgivable Ding in utility room worktop presumably from carrying through the metal rails from the adjoining garage This was initially fixed by filling with silicone are you seeing a pattern here and eventually replaced The surveyor advised where to vent the extractor hood externally however didn t check the other side of the wall As it turns out there s a drain pipe and an outside light exactly where he intended the extractor to come out They initially tried to fix it by doing a proper cowboy job where they gaffer taped a cheap flexible tube to the extractor venting into an enclosed space The tube was too small a diameter so it sat inside the extractor chimney suspended by the gaffer tape Eventually put in a proper solution suggested by me to drill a hole through to the loft area above and vent externally Add to all of this that there isn t any proper warranty documentation just their word and I had to push extremely hard to get anything in writing that could remotely define what what covered and for how long I m sure they ll reply with excuses and pointing things out but when you re going through the torment of a 3 month install excuses don t cut it I d avoid them if I were you
