never ever switch to click energy they said me they will give 35 discount on my electricity bill i used to pay 750 around for for 3 months but after i switch to click energy i get 730 around for 1 month thats huge huge different ok i agree i used lots of electricity so i got billed for 730 around but they should give me 35 discount on my bill but they didn t i called them they said the discount will be minus in my next bill but i want to terminate my contract with click energy since i am paying too much for my electricity bill than before so i asked them to give my discount on this bill as i am not having any more electricity bill from them but they refused to give me discount now i am gonna put a case against click energy if i can please stay away from click energy they dont even deserve 1 star

Been with click a few years never had
Been with click a few years never had an issue until some clown decided to mess with my monthly bill he was adamant that I needed to reduce what I was paying I told them I wanted it to stay the same and he said no we can t have you in credit which is nonsense as I have been in credit before with click energy Since this clown adjusted the monthly payment the bill has jumped from 100 to 200 and something pounds which I now owe click they are trying to tell me just pay 20 a month extra complete nobs once it s paid am leaving them Stay clear of this company I have never dealt with a more incompetent company in all my life If your looking for electric you might pay more elsewhere but do not join these clowns

Stay clear of this company damian Wilson doesn t want to help the customer and all just wants to screw them over He is meant to be the director or managing director of the company completely useless no customer skills what s so everything his employees and hasn t a clue on what they are doing advising the customer to cut their monthly payments to put them in arrears Then doesn t even apologise or investigate the matter properly after after he was advised by email that he would look into the matter and come back to me on it and I dropped him another email to ask him had he looked into it and finally I get a phone call as I am about to phone him

Terrible service Their customer support team don t use the reference no to make their homework and each time I call them I have to explain everything all over again They don t have the knowledge how to deal with infrastructure problems or problem-solving matters Their reports are not informative and as a customer it is up to you to find out what you re paying for On my way to switch off

Changed from budget energy to this
Changed from budget energy to this company going back to budget energy as nearly over 100 was going into it a month if it bleeps on a sat and u leave to a Monday your paying back over 5 it was cheap at time but then somehow it got dear they been try offer me a low traff then come after few month they put on high traff rop off I wouldn t go near them again nor recommend them day light robbing thiefs

The worst energy provider in Australia The rates are too high no customer service and need to pay their bills even after disconnecting the electricity The worst thing is disconnection fee of AUD 170 NEVER EVER CONNECT THIS GAS N ELECTRICITY

Stay clear
I recently changed address reconnecting my new house with click within a week my electricity was disconnected and received a final bill and had to reconnect But wait for it my previous address had not been finalised 4 weeks later I received a bill 3 weeks beyond our move out date the Gas meter still hasn t been read and finalised No intention to pay for their stuff ups
