Terrible service received
Terrible service Takes them 3 hours to respond to an urgent ticket then when you complain about it they call you with a bad attitude cannot talk nicely on the phone consistently arguing saying that they are not wrong you the client is wrong that its all a miss understanding this kind of client service is unheard of

Do not trust this company
Do not trust this company I had an account with them until months ago and didn t write a review first because i just wanted to forget them Basically I then decided to leave them because they wiped clean one of my websites hosted with them and they didn t even have a backup to restore from I didn t myself shame on me I know but that s no excuse for this joke of a company After I left them the plesk server I was hosted on kept sending me emails about let s encrypt not renewing Finally today I decided to have them fix this and their response was you can add our email address to a filter unbelievable what a joke You don t deserve even 1 star

Email down for 18 hours so far - having changed to settings their support technician supplied - no real response to tickets obviously don t really care

The email service is completely down
The email service is completely down there s no response to tickets and Brixly underwent an ownership change a week ago Since then Spam filtering has been removed and replaced with CFS resulting in improper reception of incoming emails Outgoing emails are being flagged as spam from the server IP and there are also instances of non-delivery There has been no response from Brixly so far

What has happened to this company When I joined them a year ago the service was excellent Now they have been taken over everything has gone downhill No replies to urgent tickets and server wide email failures

Worst host ever
This company under Dennis was excellent and one of the best hosts money could buy Now it s beyond rubbish Support told me my server would be back up in 2-3 hours 2-3 hours ago Now they tell me again it will be back up in 2-3 hours is it any wonder I don t believe them and I do not think they are now remotely capable of hosting a digital business solution No longer worth the price go to some of the cheapie ones and give this a very wide berth I run a digital service on my websites clients cannot now see their content as the sites have been down all day This means I have had complaints from my clients all day and all I can say to them is it will be back up in 2-3 hours which I told my clients 2-3 hours ago DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY They make your business look bad and don t give a toss Meanwhile I am paying my own team to sit and do nothing

The mail system is a real disaster Gmail rejects emails others simply don t arrive Brixly constantly makes adjustments and worsens the situation I regret this Brixly was a good company now we are looking for a place to move to

Easily the best by far I have a reseller with them and they always go the extra mile for their customers I would highly recommend their reseller Package which is also cheaper than most others on the internet today Ive had no problems with any of their services and rarely had to contact customer support since their knowledge base is easy to understand If your considering signing up then i guarantee you wont be disapointed and i would definately get signing today GREAT COMPANY
