I booked an appointment with Professor Michel Michaelides on very short notice it was a great experience throughout The tests were carried out quickly by attentive staff and the review was done thoroughly by Professor Michel Michaelides I would highly recommend the clinic to anyone

Jane Olver saw me and diagnosed my MGD She was knowledgeable kind and provided all the answers to all my queries The treatment regime she prescribed helped me and I am virtually symptom free now

I went to see the Professor having not got a proper diagnosis from my local hospital When I saw the Professor he explained my condition very clearly and completely made me stop worrying about the future An extremely knowledgeable gentleman with a lovely comforting personality I think he is the best person I have seen and would recommend him highly

My experience with Clinica at Harley Street was excellent the staff were courteous and friendly The consultant Ms Naz Raoof was really the best she was kind and explained everything regarding my problematic eye condition I have rarely had such excellent treatment and she should be highly commended The orthoptist was professional and thorough It was stressful having to go to Londondon for a consultation but the consultant orthoptists and staff made it a worthwhile experienceLennon English was great in communicating with me prior to my appointment responses were prompt and nothing too much trouble Sarah Durrant

Dr Crawley has been fantastic She is very caring and kind with excellent communication skill and efficiency I would highly recommend her services The staff at Clinica London have also been excellent

I got the help I needed

I live abroad and needed some advice on my dry eye symptoms I got a whole hour with a specialist who gave me some very helpful advice Very grateful for this service and would highly recommended

I ve visited Clinica London twice now after persistent issues with blepharitis and styes I had difficulty in receiving care via the NHS so contacted Clinica out of desperation I only wish I had done so sooner I received an initial consultation and was prescribed medication and then two weeks later booked a procedure for chalazion removal After emailing Clinica I was fitted in that very afternoon and I am now on the road to recovery All the staff were extremely nice and friendly the waiting areas are all very pleasant and clean I was seen to extremely quickly from booking to appointment and the whole place is an extremely professional and slick operation I wish to extend special thanks to my doctor Laura Crawley for all her help
