I took a vulnerable adult for a vaccination with Clockwork pharmacy in Deal Kent Found the front line staff very rude passive aggressive a bit Karen in fact Very quick to tell you what they couldn t do for you That typical small town office mentality We had a little hiccup in our booking and most of the staff jumped on us verbally like a pack of wolves It felt quite bullying and intimidating in fact The Wolfpack leader was a chubby she had short grey hair and wore glasses She came across as very militant There is no excuse for poor customer care especially making the patient feel quite vulnerable and intimidated I worked in A and E for 10 years and no matter how stressful it got I and others always managed to smile and treat others with compassion The world is in a bad place right now and a smile goes a long way It takes more muscles to smile than to frown Hope this can be taken forward We shall not be returning to this den of negativity Sort it out Clockwork
