We are familiar with custom closet systems and totally believe in the transformation they make We moved to a new area and unfortunately the company we used in our prior homes did not service the area Made several calls obtained a few quotes and designs for our new home We met with Val and talked about what we needed wanted based on our previous designs She took us to each closet 3 where we discussed what we wanted and where she presented some options we hadn t thought of with the space we had She took her time designing our closets and presented the quote Based on the other quotes we received and the designs Val offered we went with Closets by Design The installers arrived on time were polite and respectful When the work was completed the work areas were cleaned The closets turned out great Wr are very pleased with the final design of each of our closets THANK YOU VAL We would definitely recommend Closets by Design and Val

Wow what a great company

Wow I already did my review this one is on my husbands behalf We had our walk in closet installed today and when Edward got home he was so happy He said he was happier than when he got his new golf clubs Lol I had a long workday and was patiently waiting for him so we could go out to dinner as planned He started putting his close in the closet and I couldn t get hi To stop I said seriously I m getting made I am so hungry So thank you closets by design for making us so happy Not one inch of wasted space Nick P was great very respectful and courteous Our specialist who came out to measure did a fantastic job fulfilling our needs All her measurements were accurate Thank you thank you

Can t Stop Admiring My New Closet

I literally cannot stop looking at my custom closet I really love it so much lol This is my 2nd closet from CBD and I will definitely be purchasing more as my budget allows As for this recent purchase it is exactly what I needed When my physical environment is not properly organized my thinking is not properly organized It probably sounds silly to say but these closets are helping me in multiple areas of my life - including downsizing My designer was professional personable and competent She didn t have that Let me sell you something you don t need voice or attitude She was matter-of-fact with numbers and options She was great And as an added bonus the installers were equally pleasant and professional As they installed my closet I barely knew they were there and when they left except for my awesome closet there was no trace of them having been here Anyway I m actively saving now because I have at least three more projects in mind as I ve decided to make my home the way I want it to be while I live in it - not in terms of what additional value it may or may not add to the property So CBD will probably grow tired of hearing from me

Ideas came to life

I knew that I wanted a desk and some cabinets in my den but really had no idea what it should look like When Tricia Enos from Closets by Design came to my home she listened to my thoughts and ideas and asked questions Tricia then did her thing and came up with suggestions for a beautiful design I could not have done it without her So happy that Tricia is my designer

Closet by Design new positive review

Closet by Design installers came out on Sept 24th 2024 to install my closet I was very upset because I thought I needed more clothes rods but once I put my clothes in the closet and added a chair along with a small leg rest I fell in love with my closet I am so sorry for the first review I gave out of anger I truly recommend Closet by Design The installers did an excellent job thank you very much Janet R in Jonesboro GA

Starting with Mallory she knew exactly what I wanted for my little closets Took 1 2 hour And the installers Jered and Alex were professional polite and worked fast Cleaned up and explained everything in detail

The installers Zach and Michael came during the timeframe the company said they would Their work was exceptional They did a wonderful job Very professional and courteous which is a good combination

Great Custom Designing Experience

We had a wonderful experience working with Larissa who helped us custom design all the rooms in our home She was incredibly patient throughout the process and took the time to understand our needs and preferences Her expertise and attention to detail ensured that we got the perfect dimensions for each room - be it a bathroom near the laundry the bedrooms or even a kitchen pantry We were very pleased with the design experience and highly recommend working with Larissa for anyone looking to upgrade their storage
