Stuck with way too big shoes

I will make sure to never buy from the Ontario Ohio location I bought a pair of flats in size 10 which are beautiful but way too big for me Sent them an email requesting an exchange for a size 9 and after 3 emails they still have not responded once Their non-response speaks volumes about their customer service skills Never again
