We ordered 3 single beds through wowcher which came 2 days after ordering Can t fault the quality I paid 119 per bed which is a bargain I m not sure why there s so many neagtives clearly you get what you pay for I wasn t expecting the beds to be brilliant for the price but not complaining they are good and the quality is satisfactory

Terrible company Reported to trading standards Bed came faulty and mattess didn t have any labels on it which is illigal Seller refused to collect item swap or refund Avoid at all costs You have been warned Just search Google and Facebook for lots of unhappy customers Bought through wowocher where are not interested once you redeem the code

Absolutely avoid at all costs Bought bed and mattress from Cloud 9 via WOWCHER they are not memory foam Like sleeping on nails Bed is cheap and ugly Worst mattress ever They won t refund or replace

AVOID I made the mistake of making a purchase with this company advertising a king-size bed winged headboard and orthopaedic mattress My husband is awaiting spinal surgery and has been off sick from work for a number of months due to his injury We urgently needed a new mattress but with a reduced income we needed a good deal After viewing a number of reviews I was convinced that I d found a bargain How naive I was On initial delivery it was immediately obvious the images online were not the actual bed they were selling The headboard was over a foot shorter than the image online I could have dealt with this as it was the mattress that was important On unwrapping the mattress it was clear that we had been ripped off It was noisy at even the slightest pressure The cover of the mattress was baggy and poorly made It provided no spinal support whatsoever I contacted the company immediately on the day of delivery to arrange a return and refund I sent photos showing the bed and mattress repackaged in the original packaging It has at no point been slept on I was informed I would have to pay for a return which under the consumer rights act 2015 if an item cannot be returned by normal postal delivery it is not the responsibility of the consumer to pay for courier return Their customer service has been atrocious not acknowledging my complaint at all poor spelling and grammar used in emails and what would seemingly seem to be a child responding I have reported them to trading standards and will be taking them to small claims court regarding this AVOID
