CloudAndMetal is an absolute scam After prepaying for hosting services their servers went offline for months leaving us without service or support Attempts to contact customer service were futile they completely ignore emails and refuse to answer phone calls When I issued a chargeback to recover my payment I was shocked to receive threats of physical violence from the owner who I later learned has a criminal record This company is a disaster to deal with and their rebranding from cloudfitters doesn t change their unethical behavior Avoid them at all costs
