Concerns Regarding Privacy and Business Practices
I recently had an encounter with a company called Cloud Fusion that left me with a number of concerns It seems they are engaged in practices that could potentially breach privacy laws specifically GDPR which I believe casts a shadow on their overall business practices In this digital era privacy is of utmost importance The handling of personal data should always comply with laws and regulations and companies must prioritize their users rights to privacy Unfortunately my experience with Cloud Fusion suggests otherwise I ve noticed an influx of unsolicited emails originating from their services which raises concerns about where they re sourcing their mailing lists from If these lists are being purchased without the proper due diligence to ensure the recipients have given their consent this infringes on GDPR guidelines and is simply not ethical business practice This experience has left me questioning the integrity of Cloud Fusion s operations If a business is willing to take such liberties with privacy and data laws it begs the question - what other corners are they willing to cut In a business environment where trust is paramount I find it hard to place my confidence in a company that seems to disregard such fundamental legal and ethical principles I hope to see Cloud Fusion address these issues promptly and reassess their approach to customer data and privacy In reply to your reply How can you so naively think that anything that isn t a direct opt-in is GDPR Compliant I never subscribed to receive your email yet you still spammed me with your sales campaign At which point during your intrusion did you ask if you could invade my privacy

Spam unsolicited emails from this company Recently we have been receiving unsolicited emails from this company for a service that we have no intertest in and have never contact and given permission to contact us Somehow they are sending them to an email address that we never give out to anyone so can only assume that they have guessed at the email and got something right We have also reported this to the ICO just in case others are having similar problems Regardless how GDPR compliant they say they are this shows that they are not taking due care

I have had several spam messages from them none of which clearly state what they do instead full of jargon implying they understand my business and the desire to be modern and efficient After researching them it seems they re-sell server space I assume re-sell as based on their balance sheet I doubt they could afford more than a Vic 20 let alone server farms

I have no dealings with CloudFusion whatsoever but I get the occasional unsolicited spam from them Not impressed and will be reporting to ICO if this continues

Unsolicited SPAM - several times a week
Unsolicited SPAMJudging by other reviews this outfit has just bought an email list from a dodgy source An invented guessed email address of info at my company has started receiving cr p from a number of less than professional companies- cloudfusion being one Am I really supposed to be impressed receiving 3 emails a week extolling their own virtues Now on my list of companies I will never use and hope this will assist others in seeing the light

Serial email spammers do not click on
Serial email spammers do not click on the unsubscribe links or the abuse link in the emails as this only helps them to identify that your mailbox is live and active These fools need to be taught a GDPR lesson In case you want to contest this review you wasting your time as i have saved your spam email to provide as evidence any time required
