No organisation or communication

Using a Groupon voucher - Booking 2 games together isn t a thing apparently we ve used vouchers about 4 times now parties take priority even though you ve booked them both together and this is all in the voucher details - IT CLEARLY ISN T Add in our first game half our team names had been given out to the incorrect party leaving us with random spares Maybe train your staff to take bookings record correct information and communicate better with customers the service would be a lot better Won t be returning shames as we ve been 4 times in the last 2 months

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICEI have given the company ample time to address my complaint they have decided they would rather keep 20 receive a bad review Due to a child care issue we needed to move our booking with 9 days notice btw to the following week Bearing in mind they were also able to re-book our original booking they upheld the 20 admin fee So we paid 104 for an hours escape room there were 3 of us No management discretion contradictory terms conditions With the first paragraph stating a booking can be transferred if within 48 hours there is then right at the bottom of the HQ Clue section a sentence saying that it can t be moved So unhelpful The escape room itself was good the chap who took us through was enthusiastic helpful The premises is very scruffy you feel like you are being taken through an almost derelict building Such a shame to be left feeling so cross - and we certainly won t be using this company again especially when booking corporate events as there are always complications changes when entertaining colleagues or clients other companies are able to use discretion treat their customers fairly

Best escape rooms in BristolBest escape rooms in Bristol The Bunker really has you rushing about and gets you energised and the new A-I-9 room is by far and away the best escape room I ve ever seen played Absolutely professional and completely engaging Brilliant day or evening out you will be addicted to escape rooms after visiting this Top quality staff as well

We played the online escape room Trapped on a Train as a group of 4 and loved it We had a small issue with payment but once we got through to customer service the issue was sorted very quickly Thanks Clue HQ for giving us a bit of fun during lockdown

Have done all the live ClueHQ rooms in Birmingham before the pandemic Just did 2 virtual rooms with friends via Zoom Really well designed online games Very good transfer of the games to the virtual setting Hats off

Visited the Bournemouth Clue HQ today Absolutely fantastic experience The games master was brilliant Not going to give anything away about the room but recommend you giving cell block a try Glad we popped in on the off chance and can t wait to go back and try another room

Great experience staff are fantastic

Great experience staff were great and very accommodating even let us keep the door open as my wife is calustrophobic which made it a lot easier for her Room was challenging and engaging and our host Dee was perfect with the level of assistance and guidance given All in all a great day out would highly recommend

Excellent fun

Five of us all adults between the ages of 18 and 40 something completed the Cell Block C room in Bournemouth It was lots of fun we had a mixed group some had done escape rooms before but some hadn t and found it the right kind of difficulty and hints were available thank fully We are planning on going again to try one of the two other rooms
