Easiest customer service experience I ve ever had

I recently ordered a driver side tail light for my 2011 rav4 When I received the item I notice that I was sent a passenger side tail light so I contacted the company The person I spoke to Shimmer apologized for the inconvenience and shipped another one out right away To my surprise that one was also a passenger side tail light so I messaged them again It turns out that there was a stocking issue at the warehouse and the boxes were labeled incorrectly They triple checked this time and shipped me out the correct tail light The customer service was a breeze to work with and made getting things straightened out very simple I am also very pleased with the quality of the tail light Needless to say if I ever need something else I will be shopping here first

Tres tres bon service I ordered a mini-water heater The first product I received proved to be quite bad and was broken within no-time But my e-mail to support was directly answered and they helped me to choose an other mini-water-boiler that proved to be good and was even cheaper They refunded the difference also directly What they sell mostly comes from china But your iPhone is also made in China So some products are inferior but a lot of them are very good value to money This combined with the great service makes it a 5-star company for me
