Quick fix to a refund

Refunds do take a while to process but it is written in the returns policy on the website so I knew this prior to buying When reviewing my refund confirmation I noticed an item was missing I opened a new query with apple message and spoke with Maribeth who was amazing I sent over proof of return and she processed my refund within minutes which alleviated a lot of stress The item was over 100 Thank you Maribeth x
