Poorly managed migration to office 365 - lost 4 5k in revenue
Have been with Cobweb for 14 years Changed from hosted to 365 office Complete shambles of change over Lost every single business email permissions lost email accounts all our website quote and enquiries were not be sent to the email accounts and or dropped into spam inbox Called 4 days in a a row and left 13 messages - no one returned my call Totally un-equipped and was unable to manage such a large migration Lost 4 5k in 10 days disgusting VictoriaStorage Giant Ltd

Hideous
Hideous truly hideous The Office Manager fell seriously ill and we needed urgent assistance with the hosted 365 office accounts to divert I spent 2 09 28 on call hold before I gave up waiting to speak with someone I will not be renewing my subscription next time There must be better customer service out there

Service failure on Recent MigrationUnclear communication resulted in a chain of unclear support emails and then a phone call Difficult to find an option on the IVR that is answered but eventually spoke to Mark I think and agreed to wait for emailed specifics - they don t come Have called 3 times chased via email and social media providing the times of calls what was agreed is has not arrived Something is wrong

I wish zero stars were allowed
I wish zero stars were allowed They upgraded us from hosted Exchange to 365 without option They had not researched or tested the product and it was kicking out small batches of automated invoices as spam I wasted several hours over three months sorting this one out It also failed to transmit attachments of more than a couple of MB Their arrogance then in quoting T Cs to try and screw some early cancellation penalty beggars belief Avoid this shambolic outfit like the plague

Unreliable and hard work
Unreliable Each time when attempting to log in I have to reset my password I wait for an email to change my password and get nothing Their packages are unclear and unspecific as to what you are getting Running a business and having staff emails through cobweb is hard work

Used to be fairly good avoid now
Used to be fairly good but in the last 3 years have dipped below an acceptable level You ll find support unresponsive at best careless and obstinate at worst As a general rule you ll find any correspondence especially telephone calls handled in an arrogant and conceited manner As a senior site engineer with my own exchange servers it s quite entertaining to listen to some of their misguided advice and explanations for a particular fault Best avoided

Absolutely never ever go to Cobweb
Absolutely never ever go to Cobweb They are appalling and their customer service is worse than that We had a payment due to go to them which because of the calendar date was on a Saturday and because it wasn t paid until Monday they cut off our email for two weeks and said that they were too busy to reinstate it We lost dozens of emails because of this and they couldn t give adamn about the fact that we are a small business that survives on its email traffic If I could award zero stars then I would Avoid at ALL costs

Why we Rely on Cobweb
Amazing service We have started using their linux VPS and its absolutely excellent Everything managed for us and just have to get our web guy to upload the files when he does the changes we ask for
