Horrible Customer Service Experience
Horrible customer experience I placed an order a Christmas gift within their Christmas delivery guarantee on December 12th I repeatedly got in touch to ask for help in resolving the issue that my order was not going to get to me on time and received 0 assistance proactivity to fix the issue Safe to say they totally ruined my Christmas gift for my sister My order did not get here despite the guarantee false advertising and having payed 30 for shipping It s been over 2 weeks now and there is no sign of my order and no one has gotten back to me to rectify this situation If only I had come to this website beforehand I would never have ordered from them Avoid at all costs Check out Polene or Demellier

Bag did not match pictures terrible customer service avoid
I wish I had checked the reviews before ordering as they are all true First of all I ordered a Beat Shiny Bag in black and it arrived looking different The strap I received does not match the strap in the picture Customer service took a whole week to troubleshoot this and it took multiple emails back and forth and the outcome is not satisfactory Will I be ordering online again Absolutely not I feel scammed for the fact that the pictures do not match This remedy customer service would be maybe acceptable for a low end store but not for a reasonably reputable brand

Do not respond to outstanding import duties
I recently purchased a handbag with the acknowledge I wouldn t be charged additional import tax as per their Ts and Cs Unfortunately this isn t the case and I m being hounded by FedEx to pay an outstanding sum I have contacted Coccinelle 10 times via their online customer service tool social media and email but no response has been received I wouldn t purchase from them again and would advise anyone against them too unless you re ok with the additional import duties

Unacceptably slow processing refunds
They are unacceptably slow to deal with returns I was authorised by them and returned a product in August and still have not received my credit I have all the postage evidence Thank goodness I used Paypal who are now dealing Coccinelle on my behalf I am so disappointed by Coccinelle

Poor quality bag
Poor quality bag leather and appalling customer service The coating started to wear off after 2 weeks and they will not issue a refund citing it is my use There is no way a bag costing 300 should fail within 2 weeks Disgusted with how they have dealt with my complaint and I will never buy anything from them again or recommend I was a loyal customer and fan of their products for over 10 years until this recent purchase and my experience with them has completely changed my outlook Incredibly disappointed

Very slow delivery even paying for express
Ordered 2 bags for my wife and paid for express delivery Had to chase several times Eventually took 11 days Coccinelle customer service were completely unrepentant and couldn t have cared less Will advise not using them

Very bad experience at coccinelle
if i could i would ve given them minus stars because that s how much they deserve it I bought a bag from them 3 weeks ago when it was on holiday discount and now it s 10 cheaper than the price i paid I sent the customer service email and all the response i got is at this moment they do not offer price adjustment match on our online store The customer service sounded very arrogant and cocky in my ears and the way they playing with the discount trick just fools customer like a idiot Very bad experience

Unprofessional customer service
I have ordered bag and belt at the end of July The belt I have received was wrong colour and model therefore I returned it straight away They received the belt on 9th August and according to the return policy it takes 30 days for refund I have sent them couple of emails usually they answer with delay or once they didn t even answer It s been one month and a half now and still no refund I would definitely not advise anyone to place an order online and this experience shows complete unprofessional dealing with customers

Awful customer service
Awful customer service Wrong bag was sent to me and when I contacted customer service they replied that I need to send it back and offered 10 coupon for a full price item only when they re offering 15 on their website if you sign up for a newsletter So I need to wait another week to ship and 2-3 weeks to get a refund Absolute joke
