Used to love shopping here Until I received the wrong item Then being ignored for days even weeks Have been promised discount promised a refund on a number of occasions and still nothing - have the proof of EVERYTHING too they just ignore you Wrong item was from an order back in March so I have waited months and given them plenty of time to sort Awful customer service I would avoid I have spent alot of money here too so am gutted at how they treat customers

If your shipment gets lost they will ignore you I really did not want to leave this review because I really liked this website but the way I am being ignored for an order that never made it to me is unacceptable First the order was supposed to be shipped to my house and it wasn t It was shipped to a relay point Second when I went to that relay point they said they never received the package I signed a claim form for coccole bimbi for the lost shipment and now they are ignoring me The last I heard back from customer service was 14 October and it has now been 2 weeks I have followed up several times and no response I even messaged them on instagram they read my messages and didn t respond You can take the risk of ordering from them if anything goes wrong in shipping they will just ignore you
