Something that I learned in 10 years as a professional is that a company that doesn t answer emails is a company that rarely cares about customers and employees Specific episode Cocohagen opened a position including an email address for eventual questions and information I wrote them no answer I applied anyway no answer not even one for the rejection Some weeks later they posted the same position I wrote them on 2 different email addresses no answer It s easy to say that you want to have a positive impact But if you don t even try it s just words

I like and admire everything about the Cocohagen products so much so that I placed an order for International delivery after discovering them on a 2022 trip to Denmark My order arrived quickly and in perfect condition A true 4 5-star experience which would have easily been a perfect 5 5 if the price point was not so high
