Comfy sofa bed
Delivered well packaged the deliverers were polite and tidy clearing all packaging The sofa is so comfy and love the colour I have used the bed as awaiting for my new bed to arrive it is so comfy and had a great nights sleep

The two guys who delivered my sofa bed
The two guys who delivered my sofa bed were extremely helpful polite demonstrated the sofa bed took away all packaging and were very cheerful great guys And the sofa bed is fabulous

Great sofa bed and great service
The sofa bed is very comfortable and fits perfectly in the space The company communicated responsively about the progress of the manufacture and about transport and handover to the delivery company This service was excellent They arrived on time and put the sofa together very efficiently and were friendly through the time they were here

Very pleased with communication and delivery
Good communication Sofabed arrived more or less within the 28 days The delivery men were great Sofabed delivered to the downstairs room and put together Then a quick demo of making it into a bed

Great value for money
It s simply great both as a sofa and as bed But also the shopping experience I ve visited one of the showrooms and it was really good Placed the order on the same day and after that they keep you posted during all the process until the sofa got delivered and assembled in no timeVery happy customer

Just a follow up to my review - I ve posted 3 photos on the Cocoon website but they don t seem to have appeared in your Reviews section and I can t see how to post them on Trust Pilot I m happy to do so again but not sure how
