I give them 5 stars because I m very happy with the quality of my products and the price from the sale They do provide updates once your order is ready to be shipped and also when it s on the way to be delivered that day to your house When I ordered under shipping it did say it takes anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks to have your order shipped I ordered on August 2nd and it was shipped on Sept 2nd and received it today Sept 7th Will probably order again if they have another sale

I ordered toys for my kids birthday from this company because they were on sale I didn t open the box til a few months later because it wasn t my son s birthday yet and low and behold the box was full of product from another company I wrote to CocoVillage to tell them and after some back and forth thanks to Catherine below they are making the situation right Appreciate good customer service and will continue to buy their adorable products

Amazing quality Highly recommend Each peace even the smallest have been packed separately the quality of the product is beyond of expectations Pricey but with the discount so worth the cost The only one thing that l would recommend the production to work on is the top part of the pretend play set working area- the wood is soft and it leaves marks when playing using hammer Overall experience is excellent l will definitely order again

Figured I d write a review seeing all the negative comments about shipping times I ve ordered from Coco Village quite a few times and never experienced unexpected delays The quality of the products really is amazing Their bikes are super well made and sturdy The bedding is soft and durable the toys are well designed and the clothing is adorable and of good quality
