I ordered a coffee roaster from them and I really liked its quality They shipped it in no time I m impressed by their services

This is a revision from a four star review Coffee roast called me back and said that someone is personally reviewing the status of every order and will be updating the customer regarding it Hopefully it will give the customers more reassurance that their order didn t just disappear into the ether and their payment didn t just get nabbed My original review is as follows Got tired of my husband accidentally buying whole coffee beans every time I sent him to the store Bought the Kinu M47 Classic manual grinder because life is too short for uneven coffee grounds Ordered it on Jan 21 and it arrived on Feb 3 The hype on this grinder is real and it s actually enjoyable to use My issue is not with the product but with the Shop order tracking app that this company uses When I ordered the product I was sent an e-mail confirming the purchase Then radio silence No processing notification no shipment info and no delivery notification I got worried after about a week with no word about my order it s a freaking 400 manual grinder I emailed the company and they got back to me in a few days saying that the order was processed which is the only thing the app is telling me and it will be shipped in about a week A week goes by and still nothing Then a few days later surprise it shows up in front of my door Huzzah Like I said the product is fantastic but questioning if I ordered from a shady website bc I wasn t receiving any updates about my order gave me a little bit of anxiety Hence four stars

There was an unexplained mixup in the mailing process that resulted in an unexpected delay The company was very responsive and did everything they could to rectify the problem The kinu 47 classic that I bought is a marvel if utilitarian elegance and effectiveness

I ordered the Sandbox R1 It came in a couple of weeks or so as their website says The instructions are quite easy to follow There are a lot of helpful videos too My first roast was quite a success
