I really trusted coinone until I tried to withdraw some funds Before they would let me withdraw they wanted me to pay some taxes then send money to verify my account finally they wanted money to remove suspicion of money laundering I refused the latter and they froze my account and blocked me from logging in to my account I m losing 80 k I ve been advised to not send anymore money until I m allowed to recover some funds to prove they are legitimate

Coinone is scam They closed my account and kept my money I tried to withdraw money and was unable to do it so I contacted costumer service and the service seemed legit at the beginning but when I tried to withdraw all my they stopped all communication and days later they closed my account and kept my money I was suspicious since the beginning since they tried to make me wire money to a personal account Well turns out I learned the lesson the hard way

Coinone is restricting withdrawals to your own third party wallets Why should someone require additional KYC yet again to withdraw their own assets Not your keys not your coins

Nobody is able to verify their phone number if they are from outside Korea Their customer service is awful they never replied to any of my mail it s been 4 days now but no reply
