If it was less than one i could give Except the 10 which is enormously huge amount I went today to a Coin star machine it was empty of paper sometimes happens ok I called the customer service 10 minutes waiting time It is ok The employee was the most rude person I have ever talk to His behaviour from the beginning was a little bit awkward but after at least 15 minutes of talking telling me what to do and i followed all the instructions He started telling me if you want your money s t the f k up and numerous of curses I asked his name he didn t reply and the when the job done I took my money of course He hunged up NEVER EVER AGAIN

Terrible placed coins into machine Had choice of company we wanted a gift receipt Picked Lowe s Machine dispensed gift receipt Went to Lowe s and purchased items Cashier said there is 0 on this receipt Paid Lowe s with cash Called coinstar they said yes receipt was issued If the money is gone you or someone in your household spent it ask them Do not go to them

Coinstar is a rip off It never counts ur coins correctly and they keep raising the price up I did 5 test at different locations and got ripped off each one

I was at a coin star at kennies groceries in littelstown PA The machine stopped working part way through I got customer service at the store to look but they couldn t get the money back I left my number and they called a few hours later to tell me coin star wouldn t refund any of the money stuck in the machine Out of about 50 in coins and I got a receipt for 10 79 I called coin star and was told the same thing I will never ever use again Your customer serives is trash and the fact that you basically stole my money is insane Worst company ever

Cinq by Coinstar is the worst ATM deposit I deposited funds into my account after I had verified my account they held on to my money for weeks and later said everything was sorted and I could have access to my fund just last week they repeated same thing now my money is sitting in my account and I don t have access to it I have called and it seems the customer service doesn t know what they are doing they have promised to call me back on several occasion but nothing from them I need my money back

Used the one in Fry s on Mill and Southern in Tempe Fine I knew it was going to force me to pick a lame companies giftcard But the code is printed on paper where the ink starts fading IMMEDIATELY I could still read it but the company DoorDash said it wasn t a real code I tried everything and it didn t work So they literally just stole my money
