This company is terrible
This company is terrible I ordered 5 items in July Got 2 in August then a third item in September Promised the other 2 in early October No emails no communication Called today to be told one of the missing items I will never get because they are sold out it was NOT sold out when I ordered it in July I told them I don t want the other item either and I will never buy from this company again Terrible customer experience especially considering the price of their clothing The least they could do is send an email to keep their customers informed

Four months to deliver C mon
Edit As I explained to Coldwater Creek the page did not show it on back order when I purchased it I sent a screen shot of the page Last I heard it was to be shipped Mid December but I see now it s not available until Feb It would be a nice surprise if it showed up before Christmas I ll edit this post again if it does i ordered an item on Sept 13 and after several weeks I wrote and asked where it was I was told it was on back order but that was not said at time of purchase They said it would be the middle of December before it was available Now it s January FOUR months Even if I get it then I ll be surprised Used to trust Coldwater To add insult to injury they keep filling my pages up with adds for the very same item they said they didn t even have Never again will I order a thing from this company And I mean NEVER

Coldwater Creek - Horrible Customer Service
Really quite unbelievable how backwards this company is after being around for so long I ll save the long version but jacket arrived with broken zipper The total amount I paid was 238 and they refunded 208 Ordered another one and was told it was in stock and ready to ship That was yesterday afternoon This morning I opened an email with apologies that it is back ordered so I called I wanted to cancel the order Now another story it is awaiting carrier pickup and they will not cancel the order since it is ready to be shipped How can both things be true It is back ordered or awaiting carrier pick up If I don t want it I will have to wait for it to arrive and then I can send it back guess for another 30 Yep that would be a total of 60 for NOTHING Frustrated so writing this review might help alleviate how annoying and greedy this company is to their customers

I ve been ordering from Coldwater Creek for 15 years never an issue Over the last year there s been terrible issues with customer service and the quality of clothes Buyers beware It s a darn shame how downhill they have gone

Got Nothing for my money
Purchased very inexpensive clothing Got confirmation email and shipping estimate Tracking left little to no information Items according to what little tracking there was took almost 45 days email stated shipping would take 10 business days Tracking was vague but said delivered Nothing ever came to my address Contacted seller and responses were quick but vague After asking for refund they blamed courier and offered 1 2 refund Never offered courier name or tracking delivery information Do not even look at Coldwater Creekbitems they will just steal your money

MYCOLDWATER I have no idea how they signed me up for this I bought a couple of nice items online A month later I was billed 18 37 against the same card I used for the purchases I did not know about this and was not notified that this was going to happen Apparently this is some sort of discount program that Customers pay monthly to receive savings on purchases and shipping I called Customer Service and got their commitment to cancel my participation The person was very nice and followed up with a confirmation email The first I knew of the monthly charge was when I was charged I am very disappointed in how their process worked I was effectively extorted - given my naivity and an amount my social security can not handle I am 84 and hope my experience will be a warning - especially to seniors who are not necessarily the best at figuring out web pages where I probably clicked a wrong button

Found out they have been charging my
Found out they have been charging my credit card 16 99 a month for a rewards program that I did not sign up for I bought a few items online a couple of months ago I will NEVER order from this company again I called and got a refund and the monthly charges stopped I will be sure to check my statement next month to make sure

Will NEVER shop EVER again from this shady merchant
I have no idea that I am getting charged monthly by this merchant I never signed up for anything from them I just bought 1 item months ago and that was it After checking my card transactions the other day I just found out that they ve charged me thrice already for 16 99 month for their rewards membership I have NEVER signed up for the rewards membership They re scammers beware

I purchased several items that are the wrong size and while my credit card was being charged i was unable to put a stop to it When I called customer service they said I had 15 minutes to cancel the order however I was unable to cancel it while the transaction was being processed I asked several times to speak with a manager and was denied I was put on a hold and forgotten about so I tried calling back and got the same issue All I can say is this company is a scam You get better service from Amazon FORGET THIS COMPANY WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME

Deceptive Return policy
I ve been a customer for many years but that may now change I ordered a lightweight jacket which I wore twice without needing to snap it shut On the second wearing I noticed it was missing one of the snaps--did I mention I had never snapped it shut When I tried to get a replacement they told me their policy was to only replace a defective item that had never been worn Neither the return instructions that come with the order nor on their website does it state that After much discussion they finally agreed to replace the jacket on a one-time basis Be warned everyone They obviously do NOT follow their generous return policy that is on both the sales receipt and on their website
