We ve been working with Colewood for a few months now and are now completely of the opinion that where adwords are concerned it s a science and an art that requires professionals on it to deliver optimum results We ve seen a pick up in our conversions and revenue Katie is fantastic super responsive and works in partnership with you making suggestions keeping you updated on performance and results in a completely without pushing additional spend services on you We trust and enjoy working with her The only small grumble is it s taken a while to get a clear quote from another member of the team there for additional works we would like to put there way

Colewood Email MarketingWe have been using Colewood for our email marketing campaigns since August 2016 I wish we had started much much sooner We were already a client of Colewood s PPC Management and very happy with the work they do for us They had mentioned several times that they could also help with our email marketing We said no for various reasons at the time but mainly because we thought the email marketing we were doing in house was sufficient How wrong we were It took very little time to get the service up and running We had and still have a dedicated Lead Designer who was easy to contact quick to respond and came up with some novel marketing ideas We followed Colewood s advice about how many campaigns to send and who to send them to The results have been very very good For example we have a month long annual Winter Sale This is always very popular during the first week or so but then interest gradually fades during the month We had at least two reminder emails and each time the spike in orders was amazing We also send out a Monthly newsletter again formatted and organised by Colewood The feedback from this has been very positive and we are constantly receiving emails asking for copies and to be put on the mailing list I have found Colewood approachable and flexible They are willing to change things last minute if need be and work completely to our timetable However they will also prompt us to provide more information to make sure we are getting the absolute most from the service We are also given monthly results which are easy to understand but if there is a question I know they are always on the end of an email or telephone if need be I would have no hesitation in recommending them to other companies who would like to improve their email marketing
