Not so bad actually

I read the Negative Reviews of this company got worried as I had bought a Xiaomi Mi9t Pro phone through the Xiaomi website I needed have bothered I ordered it on the Thursday afternoon I got it delivered on Tuesday morning The tracking system was great They use DPD in the UK who are very good also

Do not trust the high negative review percentage

I ordered a tidal clock from an atelier located near Biarritz on 1 January 2020 The item was shipped the following day - the 1st being a public holiday - and delivered to my home address in SW Wales within 4 working days Tracking the package via the Colissimo website was a bit of a let down whereas DPD in the UK exceeded all expectations I received regular progress reports including an estimate of when the item would be delivered The estimate was accurate to within less than five minutes

Always a good service

Ordered a mobile phone from Xiaomi and it was delivered with Colissimo To be honest I was skeptical after reading so many negative reviews but to me it worked just fine Everything arrived within a reasonable time I think a couple of days later than expected but it s fine and the item was absolutely ok To me it worked ok

Ignore The Fake Bad Reviews

I sent a package with colissimo over all france 1100km and it took 48 hours to arrive The post office was friendly and the tracking was on point It is the most used 60 of parcel transfers in france and each parcel processing center platefrom colis treats 150 000 parcels a day So whatever number of bad reviews is here is an unavoidable very low percentage Only bad cases are reported As for my case the service was more than excellent

Excellent service

Always a good service with emails sent at the right moment to inform you on the delivery of the parcel Delivery men do their best to deliver your products they call you if you don t answer when they ring the bell Worse case if the product is too big and you are not at home you can go to La Poste to get your product and there is always an office La Poste nearby Honestly it reassures me when I buy products online and I see that it is Colissimo delivering

Beware of a Scam

ignore the bad reviews i ordered off eBay from a seller in France who used Colissimo and my item arrived within 4 days and was in the parcel and the item arrived in excellent condition these bad reviews are so fake like barbie i would definitely use them again if the seller uses them i know i wouldn t have to worry the tracking system was also spot on

I like many others it seems have just nearly been scammed by Marceline Fevrier who wanted to buy my large dining table and told me she was busy working so she would send a courier called COLISSIMO to collect my Item Then Marceline said I would need to pay insurance costs - my alarm bells started to ring The costs were 85 and she would reimburse me I had a Scam email from COLISSIMO asking for 85 I told Marceline that she was a Scam and I have reported her up Facebook and blocked her Sadly Colossimo are getting bad press as being the naked Courier in Marceline s scam Be alert everyone She is very persistent Jones South Wales
