I wanted to register on Collabhouse and publish my music there On October 3rd I received an email from them saying that my music violated one of the 13 guidelines mentioned So I asked several times at long intervals but still haven t received an answer to this day I am very disappointed in this company I just wanted to know what exactly was wrong but to date nothing has come back

It used to be an excellent distributor with real people handling support inquiries However they have now removed all my music without any prior notification Additionally the payout of my royalties via PayPal is currently not functioning This situation is becoming increasingly concerning It s unacceptable to lose trust in your distributor especially when running a jazz music label and investing thousands of euros in insta facebook ads to promote music and playlists Update We sent in all requested documents screenshots of spotify 4 artists stats chat with sfa stating that no complaints coming from spotify bills of meta ads etc we never got a response from support Collabhouse tried to remove this review instead We wrote several times but didn t got any response The next step is taking this case to our lawyer - the behaviour of Collabhouse is unprofessional and it seems they want to get a away keeping our money This is unethical not to say criminal
