Fantastic customer service
I had an issue with my C C umbrella which I submitted to customer service via the C C website Within six hours I had an initial response from them Within eight hours and only a few e-mails back and forth my issue was satisfactorily resolved by the customer service rep All products can have issues but what separates the wheat from the chaff is how each company deals with these issues C C s customer service could not have been any better they were quick to respond polite and professional in their correspondence and more than fair in their resolution of the issue Not only will I purchase another C C umbrella when the need arises I will happily encourage friends and family to do the same
