Amazing service I forgot to put my tree out on the pavement and they came up the drive to collect it thank you so much

No collection and no contact

My partner booked a collection for 3 trees on Sunday the 12th Nobody turned up We emailed first thing this morning asking for an update unfortunately we ve received no response and are now left wondering how we re going to dispose of 3 Christmas trees No communication no contact and no way to phone them Would not recommend

Booked paid for collection Tree was not collected- contacted and the driver claimed the road was too narrow never had an issue with access bin collection trucks large lorry can fit down the road easily Promised a date for recollection but have since ignored all emails Have given lots of time to contact rearrange but now being ignored Not even offered a refund
