The worst experience of my life Spent 7hrs for door lock replacement to be told that Volvo sent them the wrong part Provided me with a curtesy car which didn t have valid MOT road tax and insurance At the 2nd occasion volvo sent them wrong part again Zero communication from the garage side I had to chase them all the time to get updates No apology for providing illegal courtesy car and the whole situation These people don t care about their customers Avoid or risk it and get mental help after experience with with them

I have used this garage since it s first opened I even travel an hour to get to here still The reason an honest job is always done at a reasonable rate They are always happy to help even at short notice and willing to give advice Well recommended

Easy and reasonably priced
I had my car serviced and MOT d They collected my car early in the morning and by the afternoon they rang me and we discussed what needed repairing Once sorted and paid they dropped the car off in the evening A small bonus is their CSG loyalty card
