Yes I know 77yrs old and 6hrs away I bought a house on this agent assuring me it was a really nice house BAD BAD MISTAKE ITS FILTHY RAT INFESTED YES RATS And EXTREMELY POORLY MAINTAINED I SURE AM LUMBERED BIG TIME my fault last years of my life having to restore another dump Never believe what is said check it out yourself

Bought a house unseen because of the distance away and my age 76 I was told it was really nice and would be ok When I arrived I was so disappointed with the house It was nothing but a dirty house requiring loads of work Plus rats There is a issue with the solar panels on roof which I am investigating I just want a nice clean house for my few years left now ive got a expensive property update on my hands or resell Do not believe a word they say they are only selling no matter what Yes summing up I would pass on this company they tell lies
