WORST TAXI COMPANY
No shock to see all the negative reviews Worst taxi company ever Pre booked a cab a day in advance for an elderly lady for a hospital appointment When it didn t turn up called them only to be told they had none available no apology and no idea when one would be available DON T USE THEM GUYS SO UNRELIABLE

Terrible company You might have a fancy app that shows where your taxis are but when I book a taxi the day before I d expect it to turn up on time and not to be chasing you to find out where the taxi is only to be told it s not even been allocated just a total waste of space company Role on when Aberdeen gets UBER

Worst experience ever with taxi firm I travelled to Aberdeen for family birthday dinner Booked taxi well in advance to take myself and elderly mother to restaurant for reservation Checked via app several times after taxi never showed up they don t message or call you to inform you of any delays arrival times etc called and spoke to someone who said driver wasn t assigned but after hearing we were going to be late promised to find a driver and send asap Called again 20 minutes later now 30 minutes late and was told still no driver assigned Man on phone could not care less no apology indifferent towards fact that elderly woman now been waiting so long and were so late for birthday reservation at restaurant I think they must be used to it No choice but to cancel and drive myself to the restaurant arriving an hour late totally ruined what should have been a lovely night cannot express how much stress and disruption this terrible company caused and how little they care

Given a time frame of 5-10 minutes at 0925 At 0950 still no taxi and they advise that they need someone to drop off in the area So they don t allocate on the basis of who s waiting they allocate if someone drops next to you

I Pre booked a taxi for 4am to get me
I Pre booked a taxi for 4am to get me to the airport however when 4am arrived no taxi appeared After calling Com Cabs the automated service said it still had no available drivers I then called again to try speak to someone and was told my taxi is now booked and will be 15 minutes late arrived at 4 20am When complaining that this is not acceptable I was abruptly told they are doing all that they can with limited cars in the road Despite the delays The driver was great This is the second time I have had issues with this company and pre booking Avoid if possible

Booked a journey to the supermarket
Booked a journey to the supermarket then at same time booked a return journey to my home scheduled for an hour later as I thought this would avoid waiting a long time First taxi to supermarket was at my house within 10 mins but my return journey which I was on time for an hour later was late and waited an hour and a half outside the supermarket with my walking aid I also didn t want to go back in the store for a seat incase I missed the taxi I received calls to my Mobile with automated message saying they where busy but working to get me a taxi asap which is why I held on to my booking for so long eventually phoned another company and gladly I was home 15 minutes later it was an unpleasant experience because I had my walking frame and I depend on taxis to get me places as it s the only comfortable option with my needs and had no means of other transportation to get home There has been many times I ve used service and no problems and all well it just seems getting home is sometimes bad and takes long time to get a taxi I m not sure why

Avoid Avoid Avoid Booked taxi 3 hours in advance and they confirmed as booked via text at that time Called them as taxi had not arrived at pick up time Was told no taxi was available and that they could not confirm when one would be Eventually admitted that their system only makes bookings live 10mins before your pick up So the reality of this is that with ComCab that your confirmed booking actually isn t Explained that this meant my wife and young daughter would have to walk home in darkness along unlit road - the reason for booking a taxi - made absolutely no difference to them A useless taxi company
