I was really nervous about getting wifi and being in a contract but everything was very cheap and even though I could not hook it up they walked me through it step by step Love them and will continue to use service

Spoke to a Filipino representative from Philippines customer service in Philippines regarding the links on my acct took all information the problems my husband s number to verify the old acct put me on hold took 40 minutes then transfer me to another rep they called level 2 asks same question 1st rep did not relay message and did same thing all over again I gave up and said i just want to pay a bill I ll go to a store who speaks English can communicate better and not frustrating then hang up No better word to describe your call center

Tried paying my phone off but because they had the card in the system put in incorrectly my payment kept getting declined I was treated horribly Here I was trying to PAY I finally had to call with my bank Spent hours on the phone Terrible service

Comcast has worked great for me but pay attention to your promotional deals
Wow I tell you the reviews vary so much I can just honestly say I have had great success with Comcast for reliable internet cable and phone service That doesn t mean I don t still search around for offers when it s renewal time You do have to pay attention to what you are signing up for Promotional prices do have an expiration date they tell you up front The regular price automatically kicks in when the promotion is over It s all computerized It s not like someone at Comcast sits there waiting to hit the cost more button for you Just set a reminder in your phone to remember to handle your contract a day or two before expiration

I had an issue with a lost check sent to Comcast I have to send two 2 separate checks The last payment one check was not applied I spoke to Nija in customer service after seeing it had not cleared our account Nija saw we have been a Comcast customer for a long time and always paid our bills on time She removed the late charge for us But mostly I wanted to let Comcast Customer Service Managers know that they have a very good polite responsible service rep I appreciate her kindness and help she gave me It is something we all need to have when speaking to a customer service department when we have a problem Good Job Nija

After 3 plus months
After 3 plus months Comcast finally came out and hooked us up with internet and TV We ve had Direct TV and Exede internet for 15 plus years because we live in deep south Dade County where nothing but satellite has been available for all these years Whenever there s a cloud or rain - no TV or internet Anyway thank you so much for our guy Matthew- came out at 9 a m and left at 4 p m ALOT of work to be done and he said he wasn t leaving till it got done True to his word People like him are few and far between No lunch poor guy had I known he would be out here all day I would have made him a meal Thanks Matthew BONUS You deserve it

Had dish network for 26 years moved guy at dish was a jerk taking my cancellation like a car salesman Xfinity corvallis oregon store right off the bat Kelly was better than great at taking my order and giving me my equipment I 70yrs old installed my own tv wifi ipad and laptop with very little problem First modem box had flaws kept powering on every few minutes Aj gave me new modem great young fellow yup that was the issue Went back in next day Robert accepted defective modem young blond lady M helped It was fast and a great experience Im pleased at this point with wifi speed and tv selections Very good experience Diana Del Rio

Royce in Houston absolutely the best
I have been with comcast for 17 years Royce 25295 in Houston TX gave me the very best service I have ever had with this company He worked diligently to provide me a package inc phone cable and internet that I could afford with my limited income and inability to find work at this difficult time He actually built me a package that was affordable and included some extra cable channels that I was hoping to get being more confined to home at this time I truly hope he gets the recognition he deserves for providing excellent customer service He spent a lot of time with me on the phone and had a great understanding of comcasts business and what he could do to help me Over the years I have talked to many comcast reps but no one has ever offered me the help and support that Royce did today Wonderful employee and Comcast is fortunate to have him Sheila Coggins

Very Good Customer Service
I do not understand the negative reviews of Xfinity Yes Xfinity is expensive but over many years I have never had an issue with Xfinity customer service Just recently I called Xfinity about an issue I was having with my cable box I waited no more than 5 minutes to speak with the rep The service rep was unable to resolve the issue She provided two options One was to schedule a service call and one was to return the cable box for a replacement I chose replacement While on the phone the service rep reviewed my contract and offered a new contract with better components for 20 less a month Later that day I stopped by the local Xfinity office and picked up a replacement cable box When I hooked up the new box it would not work I again called Xfinity and spoke with a different service rep Again no longer than 5 minutes to speak to the rep After a half hour or so the rep was able to resolve the issue The next day the cable box was again not working I stopped by the lock Xfinity store to pick up another box Waited no longer than 5 minutes to pick up the new cable box The Xfinity service rep gave me a 20 credit to account for the time and gasoline The new cable box works well Overall I do not think I could expect better customer service
