Please dont use this bank i am struggling since 3 months to quit my bank account and get my money You are 30 minutes in the holding pattern to get an answer that you need to reactivate your TAN to get access and can transfer it by yourself but that was wrong And then with the next telephon call because the TAN wasnt working they tell you they cant give you an answer via phone so you write an email to reklamation where they dont give you a proper status update and make jokes on the phone when you wrote the 3rd email to them one week before that you just wrote them a week before But it doesnt matter that is was the 3 reminder Absolutely not to recommend If you can avoid it please do it I am still struggling to get my money And i am not talking about peanuts It is really annoying Very unprofessional and nobody can help you you not even can go to a partner bank to sort this things out

Account suspended without reason
If I could put 0 stars I would I left them last year and since then tried to get my finance reports - no joy They insist to charge 5 90 Euro per month although that is against their own T Cs and law Eventually I bit the bullet paid over 130 euros in fees on 02 02024 AND still got nothing All I get is auto emails saying they will get back to me I guess at some point On the phone unless you are still a client they are even worse AVOID at ALL COST

Disappointed by the lack of assistance and understanding from comdirect s customer service team
After many years and out of nowhere comdirect cancels all our accounts joint individuals even junior for my daughter Even after escalating in a nice way asking them for a reason and if we can help with any information they might need etc we only received a very arrogant email back insisting on continuing to not provide any reason Since we live outside EU and setting up new account structures is taking some time we asked for an extension of the notice period which was declined in the same impolite way Found in some other forums that CD likes to cease unprofitable accounts which specifically applies to people who are not taxed in Germany EU due to higher effort Even this could still be acceptable but not the way that this has been communicated and implemented If you want to have a reliable banking partner don t go there

Title Disappointing Experience with Customer ServiceReview My recent interactions with the customer service team at comdirect left much to be desired Despite reaching out twice via email and speaking on the phone twice I found the assistance provided to be extremely unhelpful The last representative I spoke to was particularly dismissive and unwilling to assist in any way Despite the urgency and importance of my request for a document with a signature and stamp I was simply told it couldn t be provided without any effort to find a solution or offer alternatives

Horrible bank i cannot access my money after suddenly being locked out can you imagine the embarrasment standing at the store with all your stuff and boom card declined absolutely horrendous Hate this bank worst customer services No help you are alone

I have cancelled 2x via Post First time they said the signature deviates The second time they don t respond as it is impossible to get a real person via the Hotline I am waiting for my money A BAFIN Complaint will follow 1 3 Stars on TrustPilot shows me that I am really not alone

I wanted to change my bank from
I wanted to change my bank from Comdirect to Sparkasse because there were always some issues with their Giro and Visa-Cards So the transfer should happened on the 15 May but all of a sudden they blocked my account at the end of April and I couldnt transfer money anymore and my cards were blocked too I got no information or anything Now my partner had to help me out because my money is still not accesable Feels like a scam I can t understand how that can be allowed and that they can still operated in Germany
