Very very bad services I bought a account money left my account but no account given in the orders section the account I paid for still says pending then I got mized by there instagram page when I asked for information regarding a refund

Payout issue

First of all great pricing and terms are fair Passed both phases and got my funded account everything seems to be going smooth When it came to payout the issue started I requested a payout via crypto and somehow the transaction went through on their side but I never received my payment I have been in contact with support on Whatsapp they take hours to reply and the issue remains unresolved Until such time that I actually receive my payout I will remain with my 1 star rating

Very very bad trading conditions the slippage of volatile markets are insane you can have a stop loss at a specific point and they will triple your stop loss just so the account can reach max daily drawdown Support tell me it s not their problem but the platform is theirs do not go for this prop firm if you do not want to lose your money I have proof of everything I mentioned above

Hi Guys I recently bought a challenge with Comit Capital of R50k and I like the prop firm But one huge downside about them is their commission per trade I should currently be in profits but my balance is R1k down just because of commission Which makes it extremely hard to pass a challenge I have been in the prop firm industry over a year now And this is the first time I experience such Until they improve that I will not edit this comment
