Marmota A Deceptive Nightmare Beauty Pillow Still MIA

I did not receive my order

I purchased a beauty pillow on September 19th and I still haven t received it they claim 10 days maximum shipment for all products This company is a total scam They claim to produce locally but it s evident they re dropshipping from China Better save the money and use the Ali express instead The wait is excruciating and their communication is abysmal They re deceitful providing empty promises and vague responses This is a warning do not buy from them This company is a sham and they ve left me feeling scammed and cheated Avoid at all costs

Return policy and process is very poor

Return policy is not clear even after calling and talking to a staff member to ask about the return policy there was no mention of charging 100 to return an unsuitable item Then it takes weeks to have the unwanted item picked up

Be careful with measurements and customer service

I purchased a pack that included a mattress pillows and a bed frame from Marmota and my experience was nothing short of disappointing After a 25-day wait the package finally arrived Unfortunately the bed frame didn t fit through the stairs of my apartment I immediately contacted customer service and their response was shocking they told me there was nothing they could do and that since I hadn t taken measurements of the stairs I would get a refund for the bed frame minus a 49-euro penalty What really upset me were the following points Lack of communication For 25 days no one contacted me to check the measurements of the stairs This is crucial information yet it was never requested or verified in advance Narrow stairs common in Barcelona It s well known that many buildings in cities like Barcelona have narrow staircases It s unreasonable to place the full responsibility of taking these measurements on the customer without any guidance or warning before delivery Unhelpful customer service Only after raising my voice and insisting I was able to get a full refund for the bed frame without the penalty However when calculating what I actually received I ended up paying more than I would have if I had bought the components separately In conclusion I cannot recommend Marmota The customer service was inadequate the communication was poor and the way the situation was handled was completely unacceptable It was a frustrating experience that ruined what should have been a simple purchase
