I recently lost access to my Outlook

I recently lost access to my Outlook calendar and Address Book With the assistance of Michael at CompanionLink we were able to recover both with no apparent loss of data Now that I have learned the process should anything happen in the future it will be easy to take care of the issue CompanionLink has proven to be a wonderful and helpful resource and certainly makes me feel much more confident in the integrity of the data it saves for me For the peace of mind it provides it is more than worth the cost of the subscription And the care and service provided to users is absolutely second to none I am a user for life

This product is a complete waste of

This product is a complete waste of money It continually duplicates appointments and the dedupe function does not work You have to waste an awful lot of your own time having to delete duplicates on a continual basis Don t waste your money

The only reason I m giving this a one star is because there s no option for ZERO It only works when it feels like it DO NOT BUY

I ve been a long-time customer of CompanionLink starting back with needing to sync my PalmPilot It seems I realize I need to sync something every couple years first Palm then Outlook to iPhone now Google to Outlook and each time I do an environment scan looking at what s available Each time I come back to the CompanionLink products I recently had to contact Support for the first time asking about how multiple attendees were handled in Outlook to Google sync and I got back a prompt clear and very actionable response I didn t expect anything else but it was great to have my positive opinion of these folks reconfirmed

Great product for synchronizing Outlook

I cannot say enough good things about CompanionLink The software is super reliable and exactly what I need to sync my Outlook calendar to my phone I am not a huge fan of having personal info in the cloud but I trust them and have used their software without incident for years Wayland B has helped me successfully numerous times with my questions and Tiffany D was also very helpful Very polite very helpful and a pleasure to do business with Highly recommend
