I have just joined after having a bad experience with my previous provider and both Chris and Emma have been really helpful and efficient in getting me set up and resolving any concerns It was easy to contact them and a genuine blessing to receive a quality level of customer service Both were friendly and knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with I received my new sim the following day Many thanks Xx

I spoke with Keiron who was AMAZING I m a busy artist and don t have much time to deal with contracts etc but he called me at exactly the right time and talked me through it all I now have a renewed contract which saves me some money each month and it didn t take long at all I get confused with this type of info but Keiron explained everything and made the whole experience quick and pain free Thank you Keiron That s one less thing I have to worry about

I dealt with Josh throughout the process I was hard to pin down but his persistence is not only something I respected but also became very thankful for once things where sorted Great deal and a great service Very easy and worth just doing right away if it s relevant for you

Aaron helped me escape a contract with another provider who had mis-sold me my contract and by the end was 8x the original price quoted I felt completely trapped and was so close to resigning with the original company for a slightly reduced rate for another 3 years It seemed to be the only way out but with honest and well informed help from Aaron i was able to get out of the contract with no termination fee I now have a new contract through Aaron for an even lower rate than my original contract This experience has restored my trust but in the more independent companies rather than the large companies who are only after money
