Only realized I ve been charging 15 Euro M for a year without using any of the offer mentioned on line Couldn t remember when I signed up for this website and the site should have remind people it s going to charge the payment after first month I feel this is a scam as it s obviously take advantage of people who don t check their account regularly

Another scam website I think it was too easy to sign up to this website through Ticketmaster who should also be held accountable Ticketmaster shares your card details with this external site so they can take a monthly subscription off you of 15 per month Please be very wary of this website

SCAM COMPANY obviously pretending to be Ticketmaster

I had just completed my purchase on Ticketmaster and the message of some credit back at my next purchase came up so I thought it was coming from Ticketmaster and I completed the form I then received a welcome email from Completesavings ie and I IMMEDIATELY picked the CANCEL ACCOUNT option and I got a message saying that they were sorry to see me go and I would receive an email from them confirming the cancellation I haven t received the email yet and I emailed them twice to say that I am not interested in their service and I want them to cancel my account immediately I got an automatic reply from the customer service saying that they are really busy and they can t get back to me yet

Unrequested membership

The first thing I knew about this was when I received an email telling me I was to be charged 18 a month for membership I did not knowingly sign up for this and certainly never saw their terms and conditions as I would not have joined if I had I cancelled the membership via their contact line and will check my card account carefully

Scandalous experience

Scandalous They take your bank details from a third party so you could potentially be getting charged a monthly subscription without your knowledge unless you regularly check your bank statements Their customer service is non existent They Ignore all emails sent to them and never get a response Avoid at all costs

I didn t even know I subscribed

Incredibly easy to subscribe without realising I was advised by my bank about an unusual transaction which ended up being complete save Some how I subscribed without realising it when I brought tickets from ticket master Be very aware as there appears to be no process to subscribe and therefore could subscribe very easily and not realise I m not even sure what the site does or even work so I can not comment on its function

If it smells like a scam walks like a scam and sounds like one

Make sure to check and double-check when you re making a Ticketmaster purchase you may end up signing up for this service as well Always be mindful of where you re putting your card details because of shark practices like this The company knows fine well what they are doing I wonder how much of their business is people who aren t even aware they are a memberI await the response trying to justify spamming their business while people are already being rushed by a count-down clock to get their tickets
