Awesome staff and environment

First and foremost our little bundle is turning 1 in a week He is the biggest blessing we could ever ask for and is beyond perfect I did feel a little like cattle going in and out of the office because I was never greeted by my name and felt like they never knew who I was despite the amount of times going in and the amount of months I was a patient other than my nurse and lab ladies but everyone was always very kind My nurses were incredible Answering questions emailing and giving me comfort when I would be trying to hold back the tears for the 20th time That support despite not always meeting face to face was amazing I am super grateful we were given so many options on things we could try even though the recommendation was IVF from the beginning After months of failed med attempts we finally decided to take the financial plunge into IVF Our first attempt was successful and we honestly couldn t be any happier and with that alone Conceptions gets a full 5 stars Their success rates are unparalleled and we cannot be any more thankful for our little miracle

I can not say enough wonderful things

My husband and I went to Conceptions after a couple miscarriages for a consultation We ended up pregnant naturally twice but both were ectopics We talked with Dr Bush and after tests and scans he recommended I have surgery for my tubes to be removed and we do IVF My husband and I agreed and thank God we did because on our first round of IVF we were successful with our sweet baby James He is now 17 months old and the best thing that has ever happened to us I always looked forward to going to Conceptions through my whole IVF journey because they staff everyone is so friendly I definitely felt like part of the family there

Professional and Compassionate

I can not say enough wonderful things about Dr Bush and his entire team at Conceptions Because of him I have my sweet baby girl that was born on 11 5 19 When we had our initial consult I was extremely nervous My FSH and AMH levels were extremely off and I was scared I would be turned away because their success rates were higher than other places Why would they take a chance on someone that would ruin their scale Dr Bush took us on without hesitation It made me so happy that he was so confident in his abilities and skill set to take on a patient that could potentially lower their success rates His confidence put all of my confidence in him and his team and put me at ease The nurses and staff at Conceptions are truly remarkable They are all so knowledgeable personable and helpful You will for sure see them a lot and become friends Without my retrieval and transfer nurses I would have been a total stress case They calmed me down talked me through each step and I mean every single step down to the minute of the shots went out of their way when I ran out of a medication after hours to get me what I needed The nurses there are try incredible The staff at Conceptions are honestly the most welcoming people I ve ever encountered at any doctors office I had 90 of my appointments at the Skyridge location so I got to know Tanya Kathy and Sarah very well I looked forward to my appointments and seeing the girls and catching up I still pop in from time to time to say hello I have referred 6 of my friends to Dr Bush at Conceptions and 4 are currently going through the process I would gladly refer anyone to him and to not waste your time anywhere else Go to Conceptions
