Called today to get set up with my new Internet connection Babs was brilliant She sorted me out with little fuss and polite manner

Internet disconnection and resolving it

My internet disconnected on Tuesday evening I phoned Wednesday and the John Paul on the phone couldn t have been anymore helpful He passed on my query to the technicians and I heard back within a few hours however it was unresolved I phoned back Thursday and was told still with technicians Friday morning I called with my concerns and within 20 minutes Craig Amy turned up switched my ont and got me back up and running in 20 minutes Very happy with the service friendly and trustworthy engineers In 18 months of being a customer this is the first issue I had and was completely sorted in just over 48 hours Highly recommend- Carla

Our internet had been down since last night I called this morning and the lovely Chloe talked me through the process to get it up and running

Jay was very supportive and resolved the issue with our router very quickly They were friendly professional and patient Jay talked through the steps I needed to do at home and explained why the issue had happened to start with They gave me clear instructions on what to do if the same issue ever happened again The whole call was great as it was quickly answered and with Jay s guidance the problem was resolved and I could continue with my work immediately Thank you

Excellent service right from the beginning We rang with our issue andcgot through quickly speaking to Nathan who listened well and took note of what was required We received an email quickly stating that an engineer would attend shortly and we would be notified This happened the next day and the engineer arrived when they said and sorted out the problem
