Saw the advert on TV and thought - We need one of those Well from the initial survey with a truly friendly and helpful guy to the very professional detail surveyor we felt in safe hands The team in the office were excellent keeping us informed every step of the way - at no point did we feel remotely unaware On installation day by the way that was faster than we had expected Lucas and Peter arrived and immediately put us at ease with their friendly highly professional approach The guys couldn t do enough to make the job perfect barely stopping for a cuppa - that I eventually managed to force on them The attention to detail is wonderful inside and out Our older and slightly tired-looking conservatory now looks and feels like an extension The difference in warmth and aesthetics is better than the TV ad promised Highly delighted from start to finish I couldn t fault the whole team at all

Beyond our Expectations
From the moment we contacted CI Group about our conservatory we had a very efficient response and fom the moment Sarah arrived to give us a quote and a thorough explanation of how the C H R I S insulatation worked and what results to expect from it we were very impressed especially as there was no hard sell involved and the price was very competative too Everything was completed within a week and we are literally over the moon with the results our conservatory is now an all the year round useable room and a cosy place in Winter Thoroughly recommend this company

We had our interior insulation completed a couple of years ago because of our satisfaction with this we now decided to have the exterior of the roof done as well Once again the Conservatory insulation installers did an excellent job Roof fitted well within the time allocated cleanly and to our satisfaction Great product

Great Product
Recommended by a family member as they recently had their roof insulated so we took the plunge Great customer service from start to finish the product was clearly explained and demonstrated Installation was quick left no mess at all Really pleased with the result the conservatory looks bigger it s so much warmer if feel and looks Would definitely recommend

High Quality Roof Installation
From Start to finish everything was done with really professionalism The product has made our conservatory a joy to use even in the middle of January Installation was speedily done by Lucas and Peter who arrived and immediately worked tirelessly to do a truly fantastic job Their workmanship and attention to detail was second to none They explained exactly what they were doing and how it all fitted and worked We are very happy with the outcome
