I rent a property that outsources the utilities to Conservice Part of my lease is that heat water sewer trash is to be paid by Conservice I have been renting my home since April 2022 On Monday October 24 2022 my heat was turned off for non-payment I did not know this until Tuesday when we woke up to no heat or hot water I contacted Conservice on Tuesday October 25 2022 8 00am MST and was advised that a case is being open and marked urgent I have been in contact with many different agents at Conservice and I have been advised that the case is being worked on and I need to be patient and let the process work We are now on Wednesday October 26 2022 2 00pm MST and I still have no heat This is ridiculous and the worst customer service experience I have dealt with

These guys are just the worst

These guys are just the worst They also bill us 3 months late and they always double charge their customers We brought it up to their attention by calling them and they even dare to argue with us when in fact when have screenshots of the double months that we were charged We if haven t seen it we could have been charged 100 more We tried to change our utilities provider but they say that we cannot since they are the default based on what our landlord has stated

I need an explanation - I live alone - There s no way these are my bills I m in California - I use my natural lighting - I m being cheated I ve never used my heating system - not once in two years - and I don t use this rinky dink A C unit at all There s no way these are my bills

Con Service is appropriately named Thery are CONS It is a house of cards that operates just like a regular ponzei scheme They steal from unsuspecting customers and operate like any other frauds They are dishonest deceitful and the most uncooperative and unpleasant people one would ever expect to encounter

Excessive Charges - customer service is pathetic

Though I explained that the flat is not vacant they insisted that the charges can t be reversed or charged as prorate as the utility wasn t transferred to my name for 4 days for Electricity and 11 days for Gas even though I occupied the flat Worst customer service

Over charges on water usage

Conservice recently purchased our condo s water billing company That was 4 months ago Now my water bill is creeping higher usage thus dollars than it has been for the past year I called them and they said they cannot read my electronic water meter and are estimating my usage I was directed to have it repaired replaced I find it very suspect because the usage was consistent for th e12 months prior to their take over Now since they have taken over the billing for the past 4 months suddenly my meter is not functioning Also we had Conserve for a few months over a year ago before our BOD changed away and this same problem occurred with one of my neighbors The company is a rip off

Conservice says Empty your pocket

Constantly getting bill of 150 everymonth whether you are there or not Been on vacation in the month of November for 22 days Still my bill is 120 for Water Sewer and Trash Water is 35 even for whole month i used to get 40 Sewer is 60 and trash is 25 This is ridiculous not sure how they are doing the billing Customer service simply says we are just billing company contact your apartment or the provider

Conservice a racket

Wow if I could give zero or negative stars I would Hugely inflated and unbelievable water and sewer rates higher that you could ever imagine If you can find out they are a provider of billing where you are interested in living DON T Their rates are through the roof

Double Check Every Bill

We have been incorrectly charged a vacancy charge for a utility that has been in our name at our address for over a year 10 of our monthly rent The billing dates don t even make sense for our schedule They re not open on weekends and the only contact option is a form no email to go ahead and email them the documentation to prove it s in error They are apparently in the business of billing for these kinds of things with no ability to fix it within the billing cycle so you are expected to pay the incorrect charge and hope they credit you the next month Plus 5 month for a service fee that isn t something one can opt out of Just make sure you double check every bill because this is not the first time they ve messed up and I m sure it won t be the last I assume the business model is to make extra money by being unable to fix it getting the money and then hoping people don t stay on top of it and never get the credit Horrible horrible business practices that seem to just be skirting legality

CONservice is an absolute scam and fraud They are charging over 150 mo for a 2 bedroom apartment with 2 people The average water bill in my area for a family of 4 sprinklers pool and kids is around 70 My apartment complex needs to find somebody else as this is absurd
