We recently used Constantia Care to provide a live-in carer for our father whilst our mum was away for a few days The care he received during this time was outstanding The compassion attention to detail and level of general care given was explempery and surpassed our experiences with all other care providers used previously The fact that our dad was being cared for to such a high standard gave my siblings and I great reassurance in our mum s absence

The information presentation provided was helpful Instructions were clear and understandable and all the trainers had good knowledge of the subject and spoke from a place of knowledge I also liked the different tools used during the training quite interactive and practical

As a Carer I was thrilled with the thorough training both in theory and practical The trainers had a great knowledge of their subjects and were clear and understandable with training and instructions I have worked as a carer for many years Having now joined Constantia Care I am so impressed and feel secure going into any client knowing I have the back up and support should I need

Helen was her normal friendly patient organised self doing what she does best training and retraining which is the lifeblood of any company Over and above the fact that she s fully conversant with her training program she is also very patient with the trainees which adds to her affability It is obviously very important for us carers to be given refresher training and kept up to date with modern trends as this will contribute to the success of the Company Thankyou Helen
