Disrespectful to customers
My phone developed a fault I contacted Huawei support about the issue 3 days before the warranty period ended The service engineer arranged for the phone to be collected and delivered to their service centre The phone was returned to me with no repair On calling the support line again I was told that because the phone arrived at the service centre after the warranty expired then it was not covered Why did the service agent arrange collection on a service that could not possibly get the phone to them in time Why does this even matter The fault was reported and logged with Huawei before the warranty expired I have complained by phone and email and have been fobbed off both times I still plan to take this further but everyone should be aware of this appalling and disrespectful service Huawei has no intention to do their due diligence and support their customers

I bought the p50 pocket in November
I bought the p50 pocket in November 2022 And 2 days ago the display broke It never fell down or anything But huawei sad that they can repair it for 712 Euros i bought it for 800 euros new Im disgusted by the costumer service My old phone is now 6 years old and no Problems at all Very bad expirience

Faulty premium phones replacement has the same issue Waiting for another replacement and without a phone for 10 working days I am also waiting for my Huawei watch and charger which was promised if I pre-ordered the phone Its been 50 days

Terrible customer service
Contacted Huawei UK customer service via email regarding a warranty claim at 13 21 and received a response at 13 29 advising to return the item and they would supply a paid courier return label Unbelievably fast reply and initially I was very impressed with their response but they didn t send me a returns warranty repair label within 24 hours as promised When I questioned this they kept sending the same automated reply telling me they had already responded to me by email Thought it was too good to be true to receive good customer service after all the bad reviews on here 4 days later and still awaiting courier returns label Update 3 months later and Huawei Customer Service still hasn t sent a returns label I have changed their star rating to 1 accordingly

Great phone but terrible support
I have been using a Mate 20 Pro since May 2019 and although it is a great phone I have still not received any software updates including any security patches as of 26 Oct 2019 I have contacted Huawei support numerous times about this but have have yet to receive a single reply My conclusion Great phone shame about the support

Company that sells faulty hardware and disregards customers
My experience with Huawei has been incredibly disappointing It became clear early on that they show no real interest in their customers doing everything possible to discourage any claims I waited weeks just for a reply which only came after constant chasing and even then their responses were vague dismissive and robotic I raised specific concerns about my Huawei watch s safety after it shattered into thousands of glass pieces from a small drop onto a table yet they refused to address this When I tried to escalate the customer service reps were not polite and evasive After quoting Huawei s own product description which claims rigorous durability testing including a drop test they finally acknowledged my issue only to inform me my case had been sent to their headquarters for review The response from headquarters More empty reassurances that all Huawei wearables undergo strict screen inspections At no point did they address my genuine safety concerns What s worse after declining an outrageously high repair quote more than what I paid for the watch they still kept my device for over three weeks even though they were supposed to return it after one week And while other brands like Samsung can replace glass on their devices Huawei s solution was to charge for an entirely new watch unbelievable for a brand that claims to care about quality To sum up this experience has been a nightmare I barely got to use the watch before it broke and their lack of support and poor hardware quality makes it clear why they lag behind reputable brands If you re considering a Huawei device especially as a gift think twice This brand s disregard for its customers speaks volumes

Beware Scammers FraudsterBeware Scammers FraudsterIf you received a faulty Item and you want a Repleacment Good luck Customer service well tell you to send everything back including the free gifts just for a replacement its the company policy she tell you after doing more research the return address is a repair address of a third party you going to have to keep chasing after Huawei for your replacement or refund again good luck customer service is going to call you to tell you that they only received the faulty laptop and that is going to be the only call you going to get from them its been 6 weeks now still No Replacement Refund or any communication YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED SCAMMERS

I sent my Huawei P30 mobile phone for repair on the 7th May and its been nearly 2 weeks since I had sent it off and I am still waiting for it to be repaired They haven t got the part which apparently comes from abroad and are blaming brexit for the delay in the delivery which doesn t make any sense I have been without a device now for 12 days and encounting and Huawei won t do anything to help me I have to chase them everyday for an update and never get updated Shockingly bad service

Awful experience so far
Awful experience so far received a notification that the item I wanted a 3 pack of mesh routers on the 15th August I ordered whilst it was available and showing as in stockI attempted to ask after about 10 days what was happening with the order and advised I would be contacted this took about a further 10 days or so for them to even reply saying they re awaiting stock and expected in first half of September so if I d like a refund to waitThe website says items are generally dispatched in about 3 days It is now the 21st September and still no sign of it being dispatched
