Fabulous customer service

I have been ordering off Contacts Express since 2017 and have never had any issues I recently placed an order not realizing I selected the wrong prescription for one of my eyes I reached out to customer service and they were SO helpful Not only were they polite to deal with but they have also sent out a replacement pack for free I will always recommend Contacts Express to anyone

Great customer service

I gave honest feedback about my order always a few dollars away from discount and the shipping expense I understand it is all pure marketing but as a long time customer it irked me Chris customer service called me this morning and appreciated my honesty will relay feedback to marketing department AND honored the discount I did not give feedback to get anything out of it but so appreciate this I told him even without the discount I would have continued ordering but this sets them above all other online contact lens providers

I have always had great experience with this company and have saved substantially from buying from US companies On my most recent experience my prescription was changed before the year was up and I had recently ordered the previous contacts I called and spoke with Diana and she was amazing and said they would replace my 90 days of contacts with the new prescription free of charge I was absolutely thrilled with her interaction and with the great policy this company has I wouldn t use anyone else

Have used this company for my yearly contacts for at least 5 years Just had to change my address after an order due to a move and customer service was fantastic and expedited the order to ensure my contacts arrived in time Great company

Made a mistake on my prescription while ordering and didn t catch it until my contacts arrived Called the customer service line waited for a minute spoke to CSR Emma and told her my mistake She immediately emailed a return label and sent me the contacts with the correct prescription Thank you Emma

I messed up my order x2 customer service to the rescue

I accidentally messed up my contact order twice First I ordered the wrong brand and caught it right away customer service was happy to help me fix that by swapping the products in my order as it had not even been packed yet When my contacts arrived I realized I ordered my previous prescription for one eye by mistake and they were happy to help me again with my exchange
