Getting very frustrated
We have been waiting patiently for our Ghost chairs to arrive confirmed approx dispatch 25th October Nothing has arrived as of today Sent a message to the help team first thing Monday morning 08 11 2021 still haven t had a reply You ve had our money in the bank since mid-September Ideally we d love to know when we ll get the cheers or even better a bit of communication Yes we ve been to the website login and tried that but its never updated I ve had better service from dead people Any chance we ll get them for Christmas How about you give me a good old fashioned phone call 021 890 459 Cheers Duncan

Worst customer service still no product and no eta
Still waiting on a side table expected in Sept Have recd no response to voice mail messages I ve left as they never pick up the phone Rec d one email back that someone was checking the warehouse and woudl get back to me that was 2 weeks ago Again no responses to email or calls DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY Any saving does not outweigh the stress and frustration

Waiting waiting waiting
Purchased kayak in November for dispatch date 10th December It is now 15 Jan and no update Received one email in December about delays But over a month and no communication is very poor I have called 4 times and get the same response kayak is in a warehouse in Manurewa and waiting to be delivered to our warehouse This just does not make sense to me It s a shame that I have to call for updates rather than get a weekly update now that we are over 5 weeks from initial dispatch date I just want my Kayak summer will be over soon

I have bought a pergola and 3 screens I paid in October last year I haven t received what I have paid for instead I ve received excuses and nonsense emails You have blamed others for your delays The delivery time has passed since Dec last year There is no delivery time confirmed There are hundreds of negative reviews about your services You are liars Why did you ask for payment if you are not able to deliver on time

Paid for pergola in September and haven t received it yet
I have ordered a pergola in September last year now it is March still didn t receive it Expected delivery was November last year When I called them in December first week they said it is arrived in the country and will take couple of weeks to deliver Very poor communication today I tried to call them four occasions no one answered the call Very bad experience

Also paid over 6000 for pergola and sides in October 2021 with expected delivery in Dec 2021 Still waiting waiting no response listening to excuses waiting waiting hearing bullsh s waiting and waiting absolutely shocking service when you have our money ID 389011 when can we expect delivery

I pre-ordered a wood fired oven in August and due October than November Then December then later in December 15 weeks and a company full of lies In saying this staff great and helpful But company still advertising the product when they could not supply existing orders Keen to take your money and hold it for 14 weeks Finally got money back and went elsewhere I would not recommend doing business with this company

DISHONEST AND FRAUDULENT
Ordered an item Sale was complete and credit card charged for 2245 Then received an email from their Customer Service Team Leader stating they had made a mistake with the price and I could either pay 1154 more or get a refund Blatant breach of the Fair Trading Act Fradulent and dishonest company I will be seeking legal action against them Under the FTA a trader cannot ask the customer to pay more unless the customer knew before the sale was complete that the price was incorrect or the price was clearly a mistake example from CAB is a decimal place or missing zero Edit Based on your response I see you do not understand the FTA You completed the sale by charging card You did not advise me of the incorrect price before the completion of the sale and the price was not clearly a mistake The cause of the error does not matter that is an issue for you to fix internally

Buyer beware Ordered Xmas presents and paid for in August have had 4 delays and doesnt look likely that we will get our goods before Xmas which is extremely upsetting Wont be purchasing from them ever again
