Great service at Cookes Erdington

Went to look at a Parker Knoll sofa having seen one online We were assisted by Wendy at the Erdington branch and she was so helpful gave us lots of information and some colours to take home to view with decor and carpet When we returned to make the purchase Wendy was again fantastic went through everything thoroughly and made sure we were 100 happy with what we had chosen We have never used Cookes before but found loads of choice and some great deals Would definitely use them again Thank you

Great products and nice showroom Was a little disappointed to find the items we ordered were cheaper online but that s our fault for not checking But as an update i spoke to the branch and they very kindly gave me a credit note to the value of the difference which was very good of them Great customer service

We initially spoke to Ben on the phone and were impressed with both his enthusiasm and product knowledge We then visited the store where we met Ben who was very helpful and patient answering our numerous questions and again demonstrated his vast product knowledge We were also impressed with his honesty which sadly isn t always found with salespeople
