Would use again
Never used them before but ordered a load of stuff that needed to be carefully packaged which it most certainly was Got in touch about whether delivery would be within a certain timeframe as otherwise I would need to change the delivery address which would be fine but I needed to know They got back to me and said it would be delivered the next day Very well packaged fast delivery can t fault them

Excellent goods packaging and customer service
Despite a few supply problems pre Xmas I have had nothing but excellent service from the company over the last few years Everything comes beautifully packaged and exactly as ordered I will continue using them for other kitchen ware when we require them Great service and quick responses from customer service if anything gets delayed

Ordered something silly that I couldn t find anywhere else a week went by without an update I emailed Cooksmill to ask for an update staff were friendly and had my order shipped that afternoon

I bought a chef s knife from Cooksmill and it arrived promptly After about a month I noticed a small crack in the handle I emailed Cooksmill and got a very helpful response from Nicole I sent the knife back Freepost and was sent a new knife Excellent customer service

Speed and efficiency
I ordered 6 glasses from Cooksmill but when they arrived they were the wrong glasses I phoned Cooksmill and spoke to Jillian and she was really helpful and dealt with the problem straight away and I had the correct glasses the very next day The speed and efficiency that she dealt with my complaint was superb I would recommend this company 5 star
